Cheaper vs Cheap vs Steep- The Turquoise Gladiator

So last year we were all a flitter over the tan gladiator shoes.  It was a must to complete our summer wardrobe.  This year, yeah we may be rocking them for uneventful occasions (think a trip to the grocery store for some soy milk), but we may also feel a deep desire to take said gladiator to the next level- think turquoise.  Check out a few provided below.  Oh and if you are around a Steve Madden store (whether in Canada or US) they have a great pair (not posted here) for I think $70.  I may purchase them this weekend- oh yeah. :)

I know, I know.  I have been terrible at keeping up to date with Lookbook.  To say I am overwhelmed at school is a slight understatement.  I am trying to juggle it all but it is tough times- I won't lie.

Ok so Spring is about all that is boyfriend. By this, I do not mean the guy that makes your heart go pitter patter. I am referring to the blazer that makes your head swoon. You know the one- it hits right at the hip, has a casual and fitted look, available in black, white and anything in between. It can be worn with the sleeves pushed up or over a dress for that chic disheveled "oh this little number? it's nothing" look. I go to school at Concordia now. Every morning I get there by way of St. Catherine street. It's a lovely walk- what with the plethora of stores that make the route so much more enjoyable. But the thing that catches my eye the most (besides the lovely Montrealers- seriously Montreal has some fine looking people) is this hoodie. I swear to you that every third person I see is rocking one of these. So should you covet one (they are available in an abundance of colors) get it at American Apparel.

Dearest Lookbook Readers
First of all I just wanted to apologize for not posting in what seems like eons. I am back in school and slightly overwhelmed with my classes. Great times but wow- lots of work! Who knew Photoshop was so complex (layers, alpha channels, paths?! wtf) and don't even get me started on Illustrator and that antichrist of a pen tool! Needless to say, I have been busy!

Secondly, congrats to Kayla for winning the Chic Downdown BF jeans and to Melissa for winning the Sothy's Skincare giveaway!!! Thanks to everyone who participated and for all your great emails. There will be more to come.
