Only works because it is Heidi Klum wearing it, and she knows how to work it without it wearing her! I thought it was runway worthy but maybe not red-carpet friendly. It had dramatic lines and was a bold choice but it fell flat for me with the matchy shoes... different footwear may have helped me.
I love RM's dresses but this one looked like a Project Runway challange that the constestant didn't have enough time to finish...and I just don't think it works (or as Tim Gunn would say they didn't "make it work").
