Work with What You've Got: The Gray Dress and Notice Me Belt!!

So I have decided to cool it on the shopping for, oh, maybe a month or so. There is more to life than shiny new tops and brand new flats. Is there not a saying that goes “what’s old is new again” or something?
Instead of always buying buying buying, why not reinvent what we have already? Do I really need another vest/ pumps/ clutch/ above the knee dress with pockets? Come on now. I am trying to make the effort of mixing and matching various items in my wardrobe to create brand new outfits. And let’s be honest, I have so many basics that I could make different combos until the cows come home.

Yesterdays posting “White T Shirt and Legging Combo” was the beginning of my “What’s Old is New Again/ Do I Really Need New Clothes/ Spend Money on Books Instead” Posting. And it continues….

Combine them all together and voila! Simple yet sharp...the belt give that added much needed kick to an otherwise bland and very last fall outfit!
