It takes a lot of guts to wear fringe, but if I really wanted to stand out, I'd risk it ;) Would need to have a nice clutch with it though. Sadly there are never holiday parties among my friends, so there's no excuse to buy one, lol.
Yeah I was watching an old SATC episode and Carrie was ricking the fringes...not easy to pull off but when you do: oh la la!
