I love red accessories. I have a rusty red colored bag and red high heels. If I had more money i'm sure I would have many more purses and shoes in shades of red. Loved this blog today. :)

I love red, red is best. I am a red-aholic. I have red shoes, red bags, a red beret, red sweaters, goodness I have one red wall in my dining room! I firmly believe as you do Trendini that a splash is enough. Too much is overkill.
And while the younger women look great in their styles, so do the older women and as an "older" woman, one who happens to think Helen Mirren rocks as an actress, I'm glad to see you have added her. She's got class and style and the grey/red/white mix is one I think I'll "book" for myself!! Thanks as always for your great thoughts (and true enough, no doubt Ms. Heigl has read your blog..smart girl!) :)

So Sherry: have you had the chance to book Helen's look? And yes, Helen is one classy lady.

I love Red but it's a difficult color (for me) to wear for clothes so I bought a lot of red accessories like a bracelet and a necklace and god it's perfect :)

This post was an inspiration for my outfit today ;) The heck with dress down Fridays! I'm wearing a grey 3/4 kinomo-sleeve dress from Old Navy with last year's RED slouch boots from Aldo and a fringed red scarf (withgold & blue delicate stripes) for punch! Thanks for the ideas!

Helen is fabulous. Thanks for this post. I'm not quite as old as Helen but always wondering if I am dressing "age appropriate". She is an inspiration. Love your blog!!
