This outfit is so simple. She avoids the waiter at a 4 star hotel look by keeping the vest open and combining the look with some high waisted wide leg pants.
TIP: (for those with short legs like me)
To avoid looking stocky, make sure to keep the pants long (ie they pretty much touch the ground) and be sure to wear heels (whether it be a stacked pump or even an high heeled boot)
